We had a bit of a rocky start during our stay. First we had to wait for our room to be ready. To my surprise, the superior double room that I booked was much smaller than both the photo and description on the hotels.com website. When I went to questioned the front desk about it, I was told I had the correct unit booked! There were larger rooms on the website for less $!! Later we found out the a/c unit wasn't cooling off, front desk was called and informed the problem was with the third floor and "maintenance was looking into it"! We had to sleepwith the windows open to get some cool air into the room, which also meant waking up at crack of dawn because of light coming into the room. To be fair, the gentleman in the front desk was so embarrassed the next morning, that he immediately moved us to another room which was not only bigger but also had a balcony! He also apologized plenty for the A/C problem, something that the lady totally ignored the night before! As for the rest of our stay, gorgeous resort with amazing views. Restaurant serves very good breakfast and excellent lunch! Service was also superb at restaurant. Can't say at the bar because no one bother to show up to serve us in the 15' we waited outside at the table! Pool is gorgeous with amazing views of the ocean!
