New facility inside a former macaroni mill. Beautiful setting near river and above the medieval village's vibrant hub. The hotel itself has just two rooms and a suite. Our suite the Tramaggio, slept two in separate rooms adjoined by a foyer and shared modern toilet area. The only downside is that there is no lobby or sitting area (couch, chairs) downstairs which is mostly shut down unless a wedding or other event is booked. So if you are just staying as a visitor unconnected to an event, the placer can feel a bit isolated. although the building is very secure and convenient to the main piazza and coffee bar that serves as hotel's complimentary breakfast provider. All in all, a little unusual but we had the entire building to ourselves and found the village and residents friendly and charming. Would go again.
