Rooms without windows, no fresh air, headache guaranteed in the morning for everyone. Smoke detectors everywhere with old batteries beeping every 45s. Unidentified strong vibration across all building all night from some device on the roof (I guess).

Very good basic hotel! 5 min walk to historic city
Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. We were in suite 2 and it is very spacious with a big king size bed. There’s a refrigerator and a hot tub bath. The interior is a little dated but if you want to be close to the walled city it’s a perfect spot: 5 min walk to enter the UNESCO site. This hotel is underrated in my opinion.

We saw some photos in the Internet about the rooms. Complete fraud. The rooms look way smaller. No windows it feels like a dungeon

El hotel estaba cerrado lo cual no fue notificado por expedía, y a esa hora que tuve que buscar un nuevi hotel deberían saber si esta funcionando el hotel antes de ponerlo en el buscador.

Horrible. Hago una reservacion para 1 dia. Llego el dia reservado y el hotel esta cerrado. Llamo a los telefonos y en ninguno contestan. Terrible experiencia con este hotel. Si no abren por la cuarentena deben de rerirarlo de booking.

Que fue lo que no me gusto , que me dieron una habitación que no contaba con las características mencionadas en la página , se encontraba manchada de las sábanas , olor a humedad , solo tenía dos ventanas pequeñas , las camas muy duras ( parecían piso) y otra dura de la mitad y la otra mitad muy suave Que me gusto, como pague dos habitaciones , la otra habitación si tenía las características que decían y el personal se portó muy amable al saber mi inconformidad, me buscaron soluciones y como no había más habitaciones , me regresaron el 50% de una habitación

No tiene estacionamiento como dice en la pagina, ni tiene agua caliente, en una de las habitacion que nos toco que fueron la 302 y 301 la ventana estaba despegada y el viento provocaba mucho ruido y no se puede descansar, los ruidos de los carros de la avenida se encuchan muy fuerte, las camas estan en pesimas condiciones (MUY AGUADOS LOS COLCHONES).
