O atendimento realizado pelo Sr. Luiz, foi o grande diferencial. Um senhor atentento e prestativo. Buscando ajudar sempre que possível. Destaque para o estacionamento, de difícil manobra. O prédio, apesar de antigo, está em ótimas condições de conversação. Excelente localização em Serra Negra. Excelente banheiro no quarto. Ótima relação custo benefício.

Quarto bem diferente da foto; estrutura bem simples e tamanho do quarto minúsculo, mas estava bem limpo e a roupa de cama estava cheirosa. Chuveiro deixou a desejar, embora a água estivesse bem quentinha. Localização excelente. Fui bem recebida. Local para quem só precisa de um local para dormir.

Cheguei no local e fui acomodado num quarto muito inferior ao das fotos do anúncio. Tive um problema com a agua do quarto e fui direcionado para outro muito mais confortável, até a diferença da qualidade da roupa de cama é incomparável!
