A equipe é extremamente gentil. Foram muito atenciosos comigo. O hotel é bom, tem um bom custo-benefício e relativamente bem localizado. Como sugestão de melhoria, poderiam ter me avisado no momento do check-in que meu quarto seria diferente do reservado. Me colocaram em um quarto diferente por uma questão de disponibilidade e odores (devido a um problema de água) em outros quartos. Tudo certo enquanto isso... mas como não me avisaram, acabei dormindo 2 noites em um quarto diferente do que reservei. Mas, foram muito gentis em relação a isso e entendo os problemas que podem ocorrer. O café da manhã tem um bolo de cenoura muito bom e acho muito bacana que tenha água disponível na entrada.
