eu peguei o quarto com uma banheira no quarto e a banheira tinha algumas manchas que não saíam (eu mesma tentei esfregá-las!) e me deixaram desconfortável. mas também os jatos na banheira não estavam funcionando. na noite em que cheguei lá percebi, mas não pedi ajuda porque já era tarde e eu já estava despida dentro da banheira quando percebi. na manhã seguinte, tentei novamente e os jatos não ligavam. Chamei por ajuda (demoraram muito a vir) só resolveram temporariamente; assim que eles saíram, eles pararam de funcionar novamente, então eu liguei de volta (demoraram muito para voltar mais uma vez) e os consertaram uma segunda vez. a essa altura já está quase na hora do check-out e não consegui nem tomar um banho relaxado, tive que correr. Liguei para a recepção e perguntei se eu poderia ficar 1 hora extra mesmo se eu tivesse que pagar e eles disseram que não. consideração zero por todo o dinheiro pago.

Funcionários bem-educados, ótimo atendimento, quarto com muito conforto, contudo tivemos dificuldade com o frio, pois o ar condicionado do quarto apenas resfria e não aquece. É informado que o aquecimento se dá pelo chão, porém solicitei 2 vezes para aumentar e isso foi o suficiente no frio negativo do inverno. Felizmente, o hotel conta com cobertores ótimos, no qual Ajudou muito a dormir, apenas para transitar no quarto à noite foi complicado devido ao aquecimento pelo chão que não aquecia bem.

Era um desejo grande ficar nesse hotel. Já tinha ido 2x antes a Campos, porém não achava vaga, por sempre no evento letape. Dessa vez consegui, peguei o melhor e mais caro quarto. Quarto grande, bem conservado e excelente vista para a rua principal. Na qualidade desse hotel, acho que faltou um ar-condicionado, visto se dormir com a varanda aberta, se torna uma missão quase que impossível devido ao barulho da rua e bares. E justo na noite do nosso primeiro dia fez um calor tremendo. E por incrível que pareça, pelo nível do hotel e do quarto eu acho inadmissível um ventilador de chão que eles dão. Sinceramente eu esperava muito mais desse hotel! Comida excelente, funcionários sempre educados e prestativos, porém dormir se torna um terror pelo barulho das ruas e pelo som super alto dos bares ao redor. Eu não ficaria mais nele nunca, apenas pelo fato silencio!

Manobristas e funcionários pró ativos e educados.
Cortina fina e sem blackout, não tinha espelho no quarto, café da manhã pouco espaço nas mesas e pra circular, cabideiro quebrado dentro do armário, banheira precisando manutenção , ralo e peças . Não tem como regular a temperatura dentro do quarto e fica temperatura do andar.

Excelente hotel. Já fui algumas vezes a Campos e esse foi o melhor hotel que me hospedei. Importante frisar que fiquei no quarto premium com vista. Os quartos standard, são antigos. Melhor localização da cidade. Estacionamento gratuito c manobrista. Quarto amplo, reformado, banheiro mto bom. Café da manhã poderia melhorar um pouco, principalmente o ovo que nao é bom. E variar, p quem fica alguns dias, enjoa. Porém, atende as expectativas básicas. Funcionários bastante atenciosos. Valor da diária acima da média de Campos, mas vale a pena. Super recomendo.
