Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados - porém o quarto não e confortável e o banheiro estava precisando de uma faxina geral, a água do chuveiro tem jato direcionado para parede o que dificulta bastante, o ar condicionado muito barulhento

Bom! Mas pode melhorar!
Particularmente acho que o hotel deveria dispor de suportes para toalhas, sabonete, shampoo etc… Tive que colocar minhas coisas no chão do banheiro. Tem armário para por roupas mas não havia cabides… Essas coisas não custariam tanto e daria mais credibilidade ao hotel. Fora isso foi tudo ótimo. Café da manha, cama e atendimento perfeito!

Péssima experiência, quartos mofados, com parte elétrica exposta, chuveiro não funciona direito, roupa de cama velhas e mau cheiro. Quarto barulhento parece que tem uma escola de samba acima do teto, barulhos a noite toda, estacionamento tem mas tem que levar o carro a mais de 700mts para estacionar. cafe da manha bom e os funcionários são prestativos. do resto, pense bem!!

Hotel simples, com instalações razoáveis. Percebi que alguns mobiliários do quarto requerem manutenção, como a porta do banheiro e frigobar (que não gelava). Roupa de cama precisando de renovação. Pontos fortes para o atendimento cordial da recepção e para o ótimo café da manhã, que inclusive, superou minhas expectativas. Ótima localização, com fácil acesso aos pontos de interesse na cidade. Para 1 ou 2 diárias acho que é uma opção interessante. Porém, para estadias maiores talvez seja interessante avaliar alternativas.

O Hotel é bem simples, vá sem muitas expectativas. Meu quarto era pequeno, com uma porta de correr para separar o banheiro do quarto. Ralo do banheiro meio entupido, com um rodo e sem qualquer cortina ou blindex. Ao tomar banho, molhava todo banheiro. Foi realmente uma estádia bem simples, deixando muito a desejar na limpeza e comodidades do quarto, assmi como principalmente manutenção. Mas considerando o valor pago, eu não fui com altas expectativas e para passar uma noite ao conhecer a cidade, foi suficiente. Apesar das condições "ruins", eu voltaria, pois é somente para dormir. Se tiver "frescura", sugiro levar o próprio travesseiro e lençol. Leve sua própria toalha (não confie na higiene das toalhas do hotel, que parecem as minhas de casa, todas desfiadas) e seu próprio sabonete/shampoo/condicionador. O atendimento do hotel é suficiente bom! Fiquei sabendo de última hora que existe estacionamento, porém só retira o carro no check-out. Prefiro usar o estacionamento do Santuário e ir andando. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas com uma estrutura muito simpática. É bonito e bem agradável.Não espere muita variedade como um café continental de algum hotel 5 estrelas. Mas é o suficiente para comer bem e sair com energia para o passeio. Apesar de tudo, pelo preço e por não ser tão assustador, eu voltaria para hospedagens rápidas (1/2 noites no máximo).

As pessoas atenderam super bem, educados. Mais o quarto achei horrível, so tinha uma tomada funcionando, o chuveiro jogava água no registro, uma pessoa com 1,55 não consegueria tomar banho, o colchão de casal dava pra sentir as ripas da cama. O que salvou mesmo foi o café da manhã que foi nota 10. Mais sinceramente não voltarei a me hospedar lá pior hotel que ja fiquei, não valeu 10% do que paguei, fui pelas avaliações espero que o problema seja só o quarto que fiquei.
