PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO - NÃO TEM GARAGEM
Fiz Reserva apartamento com Garagem, porém o HOTEL NÃO TEM GARAGEM, UM ABSURDO, o anúncio fiz q tem garagem, mas NÃO TEM… Eles tem um estacionamento longe do hotel onde é um LOTE VAGO em um lugar estranho, DIFÍCIL O ACESSO, recepção não está preparara para atender o Hóspede. Ontem passei por um estresse, pois estava de passagem e meu carro cheio de mercadoria, malas e sem lugar para ESTACIONAR…. Deixo minha indignação e de mais 4 hóspede que passaram por mesmo desconforto…

Decepcionante.
Deixou muito a desejar. O predio só tem um elevador, e tinha umas 200 pessoas hospedadas. O refeitório cabe umas 50 pessoas e eles colocam 200, criando uma file interminável. O travesseiro é alto e duro. O café da manhã nao é bom, a mini pizza estava azeda e o bolo era velho. As potas da escada bate a noite toda acodando os hospedes. Nao volto.
