Assos Hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We actually got upgraded to a sea view room by the owner lady, she's super nice....We had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night,the food was okay. Plus we were the only ones there so they had to open everything for us. Wish the pool bwas cleaned and opened, but that's not the hotel's fault, it's just we visited out of the season. The beach is amazing however when we went it was very windy.

Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel. Only drawback would be that not many staff speak English. This is a hotel mostly for Turkish tourists at present. Quiet with a lovely pool and the staff there were all very helpful and the service was excellent.

Everything about our stay was splendid! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly with positive energy. Food was really amazing. This newly built in style and tastefully decorated boutique hotel is located in a quiet town, five minutes drive to the beach. We were extremely satisfied with everything about our stay and will definitely visit again.

Great place awesome staff
The hotel is located in a beautiful village, atop a hill overlooking directly towards Lesvos island. The building is an elegantly restored old stone mansion. We stayed in one of the basic rooms. Our room was located at the ground level next to the stairs. During mornings, we heard other guests and some other noise from the kitchen but nothing too loud or disturbing. The room was very comfortable and clean. All materials used inside the room were of great quality. Aside from the facility conditions, the staff that hosted us during our stay always had a positive attitude and were always available to help. I would like to thank Seher Hanım, Duygu Hanım and Murat Bey for all their time and efforts to make our stay a pleasant experience in Sunaba Kasrı.

1 gün huzurlu vakit geçirmek için tercih ettiğim otelde verilen oda fiyaskoydu. Oda barın arkasında direk barda oturan kişilerin sesleri odanın içerisindeydi. Otelin Yöneticisi konu ile ilgili hiçbir çözümcül yaklaşımı olmadı. Sadece gürültünün 11:00 de biticeğini taahhüt etti. Yalnız mutfağın toparlanması ile birlikte saat gece 01:00 de bitmiş oldu. Sabah da saat 07:00 civarında tekrar başlamış oldu. Maalesef otel tamamen ticari bakış açısıyla yönetiliyor müşteri memnuniyeti ve devamlılığı için bir çaba söz konusu bile değil. Çalışan personeller son derece kalitesiz. Ayrıca banyo hiç kullanışlı değil. Soğuk ve WC ile duş dip dibe arada banyo perdesi ile ayrılıyor.

Süper bir deneyimdi. Emre bey başta olmak üzere tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı müthiş, havuz temizdi. Otelde havuz için havlu verilmiyor, giderken götürmeniz gerekebilir. Köpek ve kedileri de çok sevdik. Kapıda ot satan teyzeyi yanaklarından öptük.

Bayram sonrasi gittigimiz icin çok musteri yoktu ve bu bizi mutlu etti. Az personel olmasina ragmen gayet iyi bir restoran hizmeti sunuldu.Fiyatlar biraz pahaliydi ama yemek ve ozellikle kahvalti bekledigimizin uzerindeydi. Oda iki katliydi. Temiz genis ve guzel dizayn edilmisti. Ancak ruzgar oldugu gece biraz cati katindaki ahsaplardan ses geliyor.Mekan gayet kaliteli.Tavsiye ederim.
