We booked a two bedroom suite They didn’t have it tried to put two separate family pairs in one king room Then they were going to walk us to a sister property one room two beds one bath not comp breakfast Our daughters wanted two bedrooms so they could hang out do facials and have separate beds and bath that did not get to happen Also elevator was down and front door lock did not work

Room was fine for our family of 4. A little run down like the toilet paper holder kept falling off as well as a towel rack but overall, the room met our needs and was fine. Breakfast was decent and everyone was able to find something they liked. Joy was a worker who handled breakfast and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. The rest of the staff, however, were not helpful and did the bare minimum. We never had housekeeping come to our room once during a 4 night stay. There was an issue with the pool one morning and it was opening late. The worker who came out saw my sons and myself standing there in bathing suits and goggles in hand and she completely ignored to tell us that the pool was not opening. She was literally going to just let us stand there. Other workers were rude, got in our way, did not make eye contact while they were on their cell phones, etc. Also, someone let their dog go to the bathroom right in front of the door to go in to breakfast. We let a worker know about it and they never cleaned it up. Dog waste got tracked into the breakfast area. We did love the location. So great to have trader joes right next door and completely walkable to the entire Easton shopping area and all of the dining options.

Overall we had a nice stay! No issues really. I would say the beds are a bit hard and there was a musty type smell in our hallway area! I would stay again though because the rooms were nice and staff was helpful and friendly. Walking distance to local eating and shopping was a plus!
