We stayed three nights in this comfortable hotel. The Avenue was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and obliging. Secure parking was a plus. The restaurant was expensive but the evening meals were delicious. The buffet breakfasts were fabulous. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly and efficient staff on arrival set the tone for an enjoyable stay. Room was clean and well stocked, bed super comfy and extra bathroom supplies appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good value, central stay in Canberra and would definitely stay here again!
