The property was great staff was excellent but I’m very disappointed with the hotel due to them having bed bugs. I am covered in bed bug bites and this is completely unacceptable.

Just returned from a week with friends at Dreams. Don’t hesitate to book this resort. Room was nice. Food was great. Staff was amazing. Fantastic beach to walk on. Shout out to Santiago and his fellow waitstaff and bartenders at the Preferred bar in the beach. Would definitely go again!
