The property is beautiful. Staff are doing their best to overcome the load. Big shortage of staff specially in the pool/beach area. Long wait to get food and drink. The pool area is poorly managed. By 2-3 pm , it’s hard to find towel and staff get tired and edgy due to the high demand. Many guests leaving the pool area because the food comes late or doesn’t come at all. Rooms are big and clean. Make sure you put your important documents in the safe. We lost a couple hundred dollars that we forgot to put in the safe. The resort is far from busy area of the Cancun, nothing is close by. The food is pretty average. Drinks are good. All that being said, we will definitely come back to Cancun but maybe to a different resort in the happening location. If you travel in the busy season, the airport is an absolute disaster.
