The property was great but there is difference in t treatment depending on your Perceived economic level and your class of room. We spend a significant amount of money for our swim out sleep, and other amenities for the week, but we noticed that client who had the serenity class was treated differently than those who did not have serenity class and it can be also the bathroom door fell on me now. Maintenance was quick to respond however, the bathroom door still fell on me all in all. It is a great place to stay definitely worth the money just unfair treatment Especially in the restaurants, it seems that the slots for dinner at night or hail for serenity guest and it was very difficult to get reservations.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and we chose the Haven as our destination.The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any needs. The facility was very clean and beautiful. Dining options were great and so was all the food.We also enjoyed the night life sitting around the pool bar listening to music and dancing. Met a lot of great people and made new ones.Will definitely be returning soon. Would recommend this place to anyone.
