I loved the comfort and ease of the whole trip, whether it was pool side or in the beach it was an excellent experience. Drinks, food, people. Grwat entertainment as well. Mexican independance day show, with kids pirate show, michael jackson show etc. Fun for the whole family. Will be going again next year

Friendly but disorganized Reception Desk staff. We waited over 3 hours to get our room & luggage. Room lighting was very dark, toiletries were not replaced until we made request. Room air conditioning did not cool the room.

First let me start off by saying Pedro at the front desk started my vacation off right, Then the bell men was extra helpful which was great. My room was really nice with the beach view, my girlfriend love it for her birthday THANK YOU ( RIU )

El área del la discoteca en la noche es con un calor infernal que nunca nos dejó disfrutar de la misma. En los pasillos hacia las habitaciones también hay mucho calor h el aire de la habitación es demasiado pobre, no pudiendo ser controlado por cada huésped según su gusto
