First off I will say that the staff are incredible here. Very friendly and willing to help! The food was great. Unfortunately, the room smelled musty and each night it was so damp that our bed sheets felt wet. Our clothing also smelled musty and was damp when leaving. The roof was leaking on our floor (7th) as well. It’s a nice hotel overall, but there could be some improvements done to the building structure. As well- when I asked the cleaning lady to change my bed sheets because they were damp, she just switched the top to bottom and bottom to top.. It was a nice resort with a good beach. But for the money we spent, I expected a bit better.

I didn’t like that one of my friends got food poisoning our second night there. It must’ve been from improper handling of food. The caulking in my room looked terrible. The music every night is just for a specific people. No Mexican music was ever played. I liked that the cleaning staff was nice.
