The place itself was fine, but I want to warn other guests: once you get your key, it’s best not to talk to anyone, not the concierges or anyone else, and just head straight to your room. As soon as they hand you the key, they try to give you a pitch for a timeshare “upgrade,” which is basically a scam. It’s a really shady practice they have there. Also, the food isn’t very good, and it feels like the staff acts as if you’re asking them for favors anytime you need something. The service is just bad overall.

This was my second time staying here, and I’ll definitely be back! The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need, even if they’re a little bit old. The pools and the beach are amazing — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. But honestly, the best part of this resort is the staff. Everyone I met was super friendly and attentive. Elías at breakfast, Martín at the bar, and Moises at Palmar Market really stood out — they’re all so kind, fun, and great at what they do. They made my stay extra special!
