This was a beautiful resort. Clean establishment and nice staff. Bathrooms are a little small but are worth the price. Family friendly establishment! Great place for accommodating kids!

Room furniture, not 4 star quality it is of substandard. Need more lighting in the room. Bathtub, is of poor quality, neck hurts with protruding tile lip. Fitness room, is out of reach, poor planning. No microwave in the room why.? Staff should be trained to speak English, since it is a international tourist spot. Need more restaurants in house, if Westin is international. I'm helping with valuable information, I was in hotel business so take advantage of it.

Mosquito problem inside the 1st room . We paid for the terrace upgrade. Water started pouring out of the ac unit from the ceiling. Got to our second room same thing happened they sent someone right away to fix it. Woke up next morning with more water pouring our of the ceiling. The staff is very kind and accommodating

The staff was not the friendliest. I had 2 rooms for 5 nights each. Both rooms had leaking ceilings. Bathrooms had no exhaust and smelled of sewage. Housekeeping requests like asking for towels took hours.
