I really didn’t like the fact that they select people based on income and make them waste their time to go over something so simple. They want you to invest but they don’t say that from the beginning it takes two hours to get to the point. Other than that my husband and I had a great experience. Great bartenders. There should also be no outside sellers selling on the beach while your trying to enjoy yourself.

This place was amazing I can’t believe how helpful welcoming and friendly the staff was , Arlette Cuéllar was very attentive and helpful with everything or any questions we had . She went above and beyond to make our vacation Amazing from question about transportation to all the activities that we wanted to do. We also met an agent that helped us become members of the hotel, Ana Osuna she showed us how to save money on future trips both of this ladies made our stay the best vacation we’ve ever had . Thank you ladies for treating us like family I can’t wait to book at this Resort again!

We just had our vacation here and already we’re planning on going back! Everything was amazing. Room spotless, food wonderful, staff extremely polite and friendly. Entertainment was exceptional!! Claudia and Axel were so so nice. They made our stay that much more fun from shows to water aerobics, tennis, Zumba just absolutely incredible!!! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed
