The accommodation was ok, but what I don't like is that guest services person who meet you up on the hotel arrival is asking you to have a breakfast will will discuss a pre-selling of the villas. We came to Cancun to relax and not to listen to pre-selling stuff and like they are forcing you to attend

On the weekend not enough staff working. Only could eat in certain areas and had to wait for a table to become available. We were told they ran out of food on their menu. We could never get a reservation to neither of the 3 restaurants and concierge was no help.

The property is fine the problem here is the management, bad attitude all the employees treats the guests as we didn’t pay for the service and the servers are always expecting tips otherwise they don’t take of you needs.. water down drinks, flavorless food, repetitive food. 3 restaurants with reservations only and always fully booked. The only two good employees were Alicia a server at the pool and Reyna the cleaning lady. But if you a club member the servers there will even kiss your feet if you asked them.

We upgrade to oncean view with no regred. The view is gorgeous. Staff are super friendly.Burfet is pretty good. We just went to one resteraunt and it was ok. You have to reserve a resteraunt at exactly 9:00 am, which is mission imporssible to us. Beatiful beach and water, but the waves are a bit too strong. Overall, we enjoy our journey.

Not all restaurants are available and you can only reserve a spot the day of rather than setting a day and time in advance. Them our reservation is as placed on the wrong day by the concierges and they did not accommodate. The buffet was the only food.

The food was very good and staff were great, however to book for any of the restaurants we were told to use the app which never worked so we had to daily wait in line for the concierge to book us. We booked a king size bed but were given a 2 double bed too small for a couple to sleep together. However they changed it for us when we asked. We however had a connecting door to another room, not insulated, so that we could hear some loud snores which kept us awake. The hot tub was cold for our first couple of days until my husband complained and it was fixed. The swimming pool was also quite cold especially in the mornings. Nowhere to swim with very high waves in the sea and a cold swimming pool.

The property is very clean, the food isn't good, and the help from staff when my bag was stolen is a 0. They didn't show any empathy or compassion for my phone, credit cards and identification being stolen. They would not assist me going to the police station.

Concierge service was terrible and rude. Not a place for families. I would never recommend this resort. Was not handicap friendly. Only 2 restaurant options for dinner. They always said they were booked even though restaurants were half empty. Worst experience we ever had in Cancun.

Overall our stay at the Hotel was excellent! Everything from the room & view, to the wait staff in the restaurants were extremely good. Food presentation was superb and everyone at the Hotel bent over backwards to be accommodating in every way. The Pina Colata restaurant and Devinci's was superb. Our waiter "Brady" was amazing! We bought the private dinner on the beach package for our honeymoon and we will never forget it! Our room on the 19th floor was amazing! Had to be the best view in the entire resort. What we didn't like: The hotel dropped the ball by not providing "Safe/Reliable transportation to and from the airport. We had to rely on getting a taxi transport and since we had no cell service or wifi while at the airport, we felt trapped and became victim of "Taxi Bandits". The 20 min transport cost us $150 to get to the hotel. On our last day, we were transported from the hotel to the airport and was told we had to pay $40, of which was acceptable but hours later in the plane when wifi was available, I checked my card account and realized they charged my account $16,000 pesos or $788 US dollars. You would think the hotel would setup a system of their own to care for the safety of their patrons to prevent things like this from happening. This would caution me and possibly prevent me from ever wanting me to go back.

I enjoyed my stay at this resort, everything was great and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The only thing is the luck of entertainment it would get a bit boring but overall a nice experience! 😊
