We just got back and loved our stay. Our room was a suite ocean view and it was so spacious and clean. I typically have a hard time sleeping at any hotel but this one I slept so well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. Drinks and food were very good.

Everyone works in the hotel are super super friendly and helpful!!! I give 100 for everyone works here. But this hotel is kind of old to me, the restaurants’ decor are old, bathroom in the hotel is old, every time you take a shower the water will be everywhere.( I even changed to a new room for this, but still got the same problem). The room door is not sound-proof at all. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. All in one, people are nice and hotel is old.

The staff were very nice and the place was clean. I had problems with the noise. I kept hearing a rumbling and banging noise off and on all night and there were trucks backing in all night below me with their backup beepers on beep,beep,beep. One night there 3 deliveries in 30 minutes, beep,beep.I also heard street noise from especially motorcycles. So I did not sleep well the entire time, and the bed was very hard & lumpy. Beach and grounds and pools and people were beautiful though!

An excellent hotel. Friendly, attentive, caring, and professional staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide variety of food choices. Several other excellent restaurants are also on site.The spa employees were excellent and very professional. A convenient place to stay if you want to be picked up for your sightseeing tours. Right next to the excellent Maya museum and the San Miguelito archeological site. Access to miles of breathtaking beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Overall an excellent place to stay and relax.

the staff was amazing. we were there during hurricane berel on the fourth of july. the staff made sure everyone was safe and nothing in the main resort shut down. once the hurricane passed they had the outside bars and restaurants back open in 15 minutes. the buffet was pretty plain. it was good just not too many options but the dine in restaurants were great. we made a lot of new friends and had a great time. we would go back again.
