Decepcionada.
Minha estadia nao foi agradável, tanto que cancelei o restante dos dias e troquei de hotel. Motivos: Hotel muito frio a calefacao é ligada somente a noite, banheiro mofado, mas a maior decepção foi o café da manhã. Poucas opções e as coisas pareciam velhas. Quem vem a Gramado sabe que é uma cidade acolhedora, com hotéis com excelentes cafés. Quando saí do hotel e falei sobre o café a recepcionista disse: "nao tem como agradar a todos" , logo vê que ela nao está preparada para tentar melhorar a situação, ela poderia ter perguntado: O que você acha que precisa melhorar? Ou falar que repassaria minha reclamação para alguém verificar, mas ela nao teve empatia. Talvez ja está acostumada com a situação e isso ficou corriqueiro para ela. É uma pena, porque a estrutura do hotel é grandiosa, falta uma limpeza melhor, colocar um tapete nos corredores, melhorar o sistema de aquecimento, treinar os funcionários e melhorar o café da manhã, colocar mais opção e melhorar a apresentação. Eu faço muita questao de um bom café da manhã, não posso indicar um hotel nesse nível. Tomara que melhorem. Fui tentar anexar as fotos aqui, mas não funcionou.

Hotel localizado em Canela, junto a estrada que liga Canela e Gramado, fácil acesso, tipo hotel fazenda, café da manhã variado. Para sugestão, pediria que tivessem algum item sem glúten, pão ou bolo, pois algumas pessoas não podem com produtos normais (com glúten). No restante foi tudo muito bom... Diária bem acessível... Vale a pena considerar esse hotel na sua próxima viagem.

Bom hotel!
Um hotel temático lindo, porém, necessita de alguns reparos, como por exemplo o ar condicionado, que não está funcionando bem, por sorte estava uma noite agradável e dormimos com a janela aberta. O café da manhã é simples, mas é muito bom. Já a faxina do hotel precisa de uma atenção redobrada, a cortina blackout estava com um pequeno mofo, mas nada que água sanitária com açúcar não resolva, haha. As camas e travesseiros são ótimas, muito confortáveis. No geral é um bom hotel!
