Check in was done swiftly online. We showed up and went straight to our room. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean and decently roomy with lots of counter space. Beds were comfy (which is rare for me). Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. The outlets weren't all working properly so we had trouble charging our phones next to the bed side. Outside each window is a security light and it prevents the room from getting completely dark at night. Lastly, the HVAC is loud when it kicks on. It kept waking up my spouse.

They charged us immediately for staining their sheets, yet they were negligent and unresponsive when we requested compensation for an unresolved leak in their washroom. Despite repeated notifications, they failed to address the issue and offered no compensation.
