AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Very nice studio apartment in a secure location with gorgeous gardens with pond and even turtles :) Yolande, the owner is very nice and friendly, also very helpful! The apartment is nice, clean, with big windows, put away double bed. Nice and quite too. has black out blinds, Wi-Fi, microwave, washing machine and a cooker. Basically everything you could ever need is already in there for you. Even washing liquid, toilet paper, towels, and all the cleaning tools too. So I didn’t have to worry about anything during my stay. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Lovely studio just off La Croisette

Stayed for MIPIM - brilliant location away from the noise but an easy walk alongside the beach to the centre of Cannes. Gated community with close access to amenities (supermarket, restaurants etc). Excellent shower and fully equipped kitchen (not that I used it!)

Great apartment!

This is lovely little apartment, perfect for one or two people. It was very clean and tidy when I arrived and is in a safe, gated off community. It is very close to the Croisette which is ideal if you are visiting for the Cannes Lions festival like myself! There are many beaches, shops and restaurants nearby. Only downside is, there is no wifi in the apartment itself, hence why I have given it 4 stars instead of 5. Thanks for a great stay Claude!

L'appart est super, dans une résidence sécurisée ce qui est rassurant, il y avait un ventilateur ce qui fut une agréable surprise et était très bien placé a 5mn a pied de la croisette et de la plage.

Nice stay! Bellissimo soggiorno

Molto confortevole, luminoso e silenziosissimo. Si affaccia su un parco curato e profumato di fiori della bella Provenza Pulito e accogliente. L'ospite estremamente gentile e pronto a qualsiasi consiglio o aiuto. Molto vicino alla spiaggia libera della Croisette che si raggiunge in tre minuti a piedi. Boulangerie con pane fresco e ottimi croissant nelle immediate vicinanze. A portata supermercato fornito di tutto. In dieci minuti a piedi o poco più si è al centro di Cannes. In casa tutto funziona a perfezione: wifi, frigorifero extra silenzioso. Consigliato senz'altro

Excellent séjour

Laurie P. Nous y avons passé une semaine avec mon compagnon et nous avons adoré. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme, bien entrenue, agréable. Il est moderne, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, parfait pour 2 personnes. Il est bien situé, très proche de la plage (même pas 5 minutes à pied), il y a aussi des commerces a proximité. Nous remercions particulièrement les propriétaires qui ont été très compréhensifs envers nous, alors que nous avons dû changer nos plans à même pas 24h du départ suite à un souci personnel. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location!
