Dream vacation. Couldn’t ask for better for my family!

I booked this hotel because I was going to the Royal gorge train station with my 6-year-old daughter for a Santa ride. It was literally across the street. The location could not have been better. We had an excellent experience here. When we went to our room on the first floor and set our bags down and sat for a second, we realized our neighbors were very very noisy. I went to the front desk and he immediately moved us upstairs to a quiet room. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back

The pool was heated and the staff was wonderful

We were able to checkin early and they gave us an amazing upgraded room. The resort and hot springs were wonderful.

Amazing house and the views.

Staff was great at getting us checked in fast in a friendly manor. Also hotel looks brand new and housekeeping did a wonderful job at keeping room fresh as we first walked into room. Staff was able to help out when i forgot to order plates and utensils at the local eatery. Well worth the cost to stay here.
