Hotel was lovely fresh and clean. Staff very accommodating. Room was good, but bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we had a room for 3 yet only towels, mug, glass etc for 2. Would stay again but hope bed isn’t like sleeping on a board

View was of a skip so not so good ….stay was excellent. We had a lovely time at the xmas market and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely Stay.

Perfect central location. Really quiet room, considering the local bars this was a great plus. Nice reception, the only negative was the breakfast, real scrambled egg isn’t too hard

The hotel is lovely, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable, woke up on the first night with a neck ache. Paid extra for a room with a view, unfortunately, to see the "view" i had to have the side my head pressed against the window looking right to see a tiny part of the cathedral. Was not worth the extra money. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the middle of the city.

This is a very nice hotel well located in the heart of High street and an easy walk to the Cathedral. The daily breakfast buffet is very nice and well staffed.
