Same breakfast everyday; checked in at 10:30pm after a long day of travel only to be put in a room that was not cleaned; key cards regularly had to be re-programmed then had to wait for up to 15min for someone at the front desk to appear; pool was open sometimes; our room was not cleaned or beds made everyday (we stayed 6 days); soap dispenser in shower was broken and did not get replaced; only one elevator worked; when we expressed our concerns the lady at the front desk did not respond or even acknowledge that we were there. Appreciated the variety at breakfast especially since it was the same foods everyday; the garbages in the eating area were emptied; ample parking.

Booked a 2 queen room but when I got there, they had switched it to a king with sofa, and she blamed it on me because I booked through Hotels.com instead of directly through them. The room smelled terrible, musty and like it had water damage? Only had 3 towels for three of us. Bed was ok but sofa bed was NOT! Pillows were very nice and breakfast was good. Holiday Inn Express is typically a great place, but I would not stay here again.

Overall this was great stay and property! Breakfast was nice for a hotel and had options. Property was clean. Only complaint was the 4th floor and our room had an odd smell. Not a bad smell but a smell. Like a very strong cleaner. But just said to me how clean it was but the smell was strong. My sister on the 2’nd floor and the smell wasn’t as prominent there. The bedding was very comfortable.
