I’ll start by saying that this is an airport hotel, and the main reason to stay here was because we had an early flight and the location made getting to the airport very convenient. So we weren’t expecting much. The room was quiet and we slept well, and had everything we needed. That being said, the property is quite dated. Check in was easy but we weren’t informed of anything. We didn’t try the restaurant and left too early for breakfast (we’re guessing since we didn’t know when it started). The highlight of our stay was when we were leaving in the morning one of the shuttle bus drivers offered to drive us to our terminal. There is a walkway that takes about 11 minutes to walk to the terminal with luggage etc, so we took him up on the offer and he got us there in under 2 minutes.

We have always had wonderful stays at this hotel. Its proximity to the airport is fantastic and staff is always wonderful and very accommodating. In our recent stay, we had two things that came up… One small and one large. The small item was that breakfast was included, but of course our flight was very early. We would’ve appreciated if there was some type of option available to dress grab a yogurt and a cup of coffee on our way out; Maybe this is some thing that could be considered in the future. The large issue that we had was outside of the hotel control, but they did try to assist us. The room directly above us was horrendously noisy. The couples seem to be having a very large argument. We called the front desk and they were going to send someone to investigate. Things got quieter in about 30 minutes, but it was very difficult to get through hearing that so close to where you were trying to sleep.

Excellent location, beds comfortable BUT both one-night stays, one in 2022 and last night, the staff double booked our room so we were woken up by another guest trying to get into our room. We reported the incident in 2022 and no concession was made by the Hilton, and last night following the incident we were woken up again by a staff member to apologize to us offering only a boxed breakfast. Disappointing and disturbing to say the least. I hate to give a bad review but Hilton get it together and fix your problem!

The front desk staff are kind of stiff and strict instead of courteous. It is how But they gave us rooms besides each other and it was great. We were 6 pax. The room was clean and neat but the towels need to be totally change ti new ones. They look like rags. :( Food at restaurant was great. Authentic italian food. Walked the Terminal and it is so convenient.

Location, location, location. Super convenient, with about a 10 minute covered walk to terminal 1 of FCO. Other than that…the property needs refurbishing. Dark hallways, marks all over the walls in the room, and our bathroom door would not close.

We booked for one night after our last day touring Rome. The hotel serves its purpose, easy and convenient. Easy access to the airport for our flight home. Definitely not a hotel I would book for a long period of time while visiting Rome.
