The holiday home CAN CHRISTIN is a detached single-family home in a central but quiet location in the heart of Cala Ratjada with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The house, property and pool are of course available for your sole use. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table for four people, as well as a cozy living room with German satellite TV, a fireplace and another bright dining area. The house also has air conditioning and heating. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.The spacious courtyard with the covered terrace and the pool with Roman steps form a wonderful oasis in the middle of Cala Ratjada. Whether peace and relaxation at home or on the nearby beach, lively cafés, bars and restaurants - a wide range of options are guaranteed in this lively and popular holiday resort.


The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Finka-Ambiente in zentraler Lage
Wir waren im April zu Gast. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Den tollen Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten zur Promenade. Christin war sehr nett und konnte bei Bedarf telefonisch kontaktiert werden. Links und rechts neben dem Haus gibt es Mehrfamilienhäuser, die haben uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke :-)
