Riser Cottages are located one hour from the St. John’s at the very beginning Horsechops Road in Cape Broyle, Follow the Irish Loop along Route 10 and you will find us situated across from the beginning of Cape Broyle pond. We are open year-round and make the perfect place for your next family vacation, weekend getaway with friends, hiking adventure, quad riding, hunting or fishing trip. If you are into outdoors or want to relax Riser Cottages can be your home base while you come explore the southern shore. This is the perfect space for two families or older children to have their own space.

There is a great entertaining space or settle in next to the propane fireplace for a quiet evening. There are fire pits, horseshoes, and corn hole boards for the outside and boardgames for the inside.
Make yourself comfortable in this cabin, which features a fireplace. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.
