A hotel is obliged to tell you about expenses you might encounter. This hotel charged us for parking, yet did not tell us about it at check-in. When I received my folio at the end of the one night stay, my wife and I went to the front desk. They were unapologetic that the previous clerk didn’t tell us. Also, in the morning, we had a maid enter our room without knocking. Very poor experience.

We only stayed one night to get on the ship. But this appears to be a great place to stay for a few days even. The place is only two years old so new is new. Which is always a plus. The staff was excellent. The room was clean, the rooms appeared to be soundproof.

Our stay was great. The bartender, Frankie, was extremely rude and very unfriendly. This made for a very disappointing evening.
