The room at Bluestone on George is gorgeous! Lots of upgrades and higher quality materials all throughout the hotel. Walking distance to shops, cafes and the Otago campus. Only downside was the nightly helicopter hovering nearby that I assume was near a hospital…it was a busy weekend unfortunately.

We had such a lovely stay at Bluestone on George. It’s a little slice of luxury in a great location. We only stayed two nights but had everything we needed. Parking was also easy and convenient on the hotel grounds which is something that was important to us during our three week road trip. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was very clean, had stylish decor and lots of thoughtful amenities - such as a well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine and comfortable seating area.
