It was a most horrible experience, my passport was locked in the safe, they took 3 days to open it, they did not cleaned daily neither did they replace the towels, coffee or sugar daily. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Very good property, in the center of Cape Town, a walking distance to the fabulous Bree Street and the V&A waterfront. Property is clean and well-maintained giving luxury vibes. Take the 1-bedroom apartment with a view. Well worth it. I stayed in room 2328. Excellent value for money.

I have already commented and I got a half hearted apology email from a Siyanda there not addressing anything that happened during my stay but only saying they would do better next time. I have stayed here at least 4 other times and I do not think I will be back not only from the many things that happened that night but also the robotic half hearted response from the person I mentioned earlier.

I asked for our room to be cleaned on day 2... only to find our when we came back who ever cleaned our room only fixed the bed with same dirty sheet and pillows.. floor was dirty.The laundry wasn't working for the past 3 days we needed to wash but we were told it's not working i mean that was part of why i booked the hotel... also i asked for late checkout spoke to a gentlemen a night before our checkout date who told me i can come pay R450 for late checkout in the morning went down to pay i was told unfortunately i can't checkout late that was so terrible became i did explain i have a late flight. Only if i was told a night before i was definitely gonna make other plans That was so unprofessional.

Nice stay! The rooms were small but confortable. We waited a little to check in and the access for the gym and the pool is via another building during the construction of a tunnel. The security is good to access the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located. About 15 minutes walk from the waterfront.

Not for a relax and rejuvenate holiday
The apartment was clean and acceptable. However, the phone didnt work to call reception and the swimming pool was in another part of the building where you had to go outside through a locked door and walk up a long flight of stairs. The pool was very small and not enough for a swim. This is misleading on their website to say they have a pool as it doesnt give you this information. It is not safe to access the pool as you have to walk on the public road to access it, especially if you are on your own. We didn't get a relaxed feel as you can't just chill by the poolside and feel safe. It was also quite secluded. It's ok if you just want a city type break, but definitely not for an R&R type break. Wouldnt stay here again.
