Fantastic hotel, the staff polite and very helpful, nothing too difficult . We had a problem with the room, it was promptly sorted, Mickey was absolutely great. The rooms spacious. The restaurant staff great. Taj cape town has become my new fav hotel. I will absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay there again on my return to cape town.

Excellent stay! Our room was amazing with a spectacular view of Table Mountain. The hotel amenities were plentiful and the staff was top tier. Room service was excellent. Laundry services were excellent as well. When we were unable to book a massage at the spa due to unavailability, the hotel arranged a mobile spa to come directly to our room instead. We had a reservation at Fyn restaurant, and the manager had security walk my husband and I over to ensure our safety at night. When I forgot something in the room after checkout, the concierge organized a courier from the hotel to deliver it to our next hotel in Constantia. Everything was simply five stars, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting Cape Town.

Taj is a fabulous property and the staff could not be more helpful. The onsite restaurants were also excellent, as was the executive lounge, and the spa treatments. Special thanks to “Innocent” who was the executive lounge butler and Precious in the Mint restaurant at breakfast.
