La Maison Rose is situated in the pretty village of Capestang on the Canal du Midi and provides easy access to Beziers or Narbonne, both with railway stations. Beziers airport also offers flights to many airports in France and the UK. The house is within 2 minutes walk of the village centre with its many bars, restaurants and commerces, as well as being 2 minutes from the popular Canal du Midi.
In the house there are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, one with a sink, one with super-king sized bed, along with a large family bathroom. There is a cosy living room with log burner and a large kitchen, also with a log burner, gas oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and farm house sink. The property also benefits from a large private garden at the rear, furnished with table, chairs and gas barbecue.
Parking is available outside the property or in the car park next door.
