Regular,pois o hotel apesar de ter ótima infraestrutura, tem o serviço ruim, no que tange a satisfação dos seus hóspedes, com regras muito rígidas, o que não leva em consideração a satisfação e sim a rigidez de procedimentos, principalmente quanto aos horários pré definidos, de check in, check out, almoço e jantar. A gerência é ruim nesse quesito.

Ficamos triste porque parecia bem abandonado o local. Foi bem diferente do que algumas pessoas que já haviam ido há cinco anos atrás descreveram. Os funcionários do restaurante, muito educados e atenciosos. Mas o hotel não recomendo. Precisam investir mais no geral.

Os funcionários do restaurante são extremamente competentes e agradáveis. Tive problema na hora do check in (muito tumultuado e demorado) e quando cheguei o quarto não estava disponível o que é bastante desagradável.
