I love this hotel and stay frequently. The Cardiff national museum is close by and I always sleep well at the Marriott. Staff are friendly and lovely.

Great location and overall good conditions. Staff was not able to find my bonvoy membership that was very annoying for me. Also, we booked the room for 4 people and there were only 3 bath towels. This is not acceptable for a Marriott chain.

1. The TV is not working. I reported it to the hotel staff but no one went there to fix it. 2. The reception desk didn't give me the free wifi password during the check-in. I needed to ask them to have the password.

Nice location near the city centre with convenient car park. Clean and tidy room. Friendly staff with excellent services that you can't complain. Choice of food at breakfast is limited. 1 out of the 3 lifts was down making a long queue during peak hours.

Really good trip to Cardiff for an overnight shopping trip. Great service and value for money, the hotel did not disappoint. Great breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices.

The whole thing look good until we went for dinner, oooh my God its was horrible and time waster. We stay 2hours before the food was ready my children are already tired and hungry i felt so sorry for them and the did not worth the prize as well too expensive 😔
