Great hotel in good location. Situated next to nice pub/ restaurant- The Dragonfly. Rich on reception went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to ensure our stay covered all our requirements!

Hotel was very clean. And staff were friendly and welcoming. Only let down was the beds in the 3 rooms we had. All standard doubles that were like a bowl, so you rolled together in the middle

Was en route to Cardiff uni to meet friends. Check in staff were super friendly & easy to deal with. Atmosphere was welcoming. Restaurant / bar team were also super nice and helpful especially with a hyper child in tow!! Room was clean & well presented , the weird shower/wc door was a tad annoying & almost took off my finger, but we survived.

A convenient and comfortable stay
Very friendly welcome with a comfortable and dog friendly room. Staff were very helpful in amending a mistake I’d made on my booking. Good choices in the breakfast buffet. A convenient and comfortable stay and I’ll stay here again when I’m travelling across to Wales.
