While I understand it was New Years Eve, there was simply no excuse to have 15 teenagers screaming their lungs out in the hallway for hours until 3:00 am in the morning. The hotel staff did not seem to have any control of the situation despite numerous people complaining.

Seeing the nhl players was great. Charging me to take a bus a little much should be apart of the service for using the hotel had I know that probably would have picked hotel closer to the rink
