There was a guy named Greg that works there who is EXTREMELY rude. First night I asked him if he had a bag for the drinks I bought, he gave me an attitude. Then I saw him the next night and I asked him about my bill and he called me drunk. All because the bill wasn’t adding up, I have the right to know what I’m being charged for. He started to call me “dumb” and threatened to call the cops if I didn’t stop asking him about my bill. One of the rudest people I’ve ever met, but ZACH is the man and helped me with everything I needed. I’ll go back just to see Zach!

Our stay was enjoyable. We liked having the Bistro right at the hotel as it saved us hours of frustration looking for restaurants. The staff at the bar and the front desk were excellent. The housekeeping, however, was a letdown. Housekeeping is only every other day, which is okay, but the housekeeper did not leave us any extra toilet paper, and we were dangerously low if you know what I mean. She also didn't bother to leave us any extra facial tissue, even though the box was nearly empty - it did indeed run out. There were pieces of what appeared to be food in front of the refrigerator and after three days, they were still there, which tells me that she either didn't vacuum the carpet, or she did a poor job. The desk countertop has chunks of laminate missing on both ends. My other pet peeve is that we had to pay $15 daily to park. I mean, come on, the parking lot is huge and this charge is totally unnecessary. Overall, this was a great stay with a few minor irritants.

The rooms were clean and quiet and the hotel was convenient for our plans. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful! The lavatory area of our room was very cramped and inconvenient which was disappointing. Also, I had reserved an "Accessible Room" which we did not receive. This too was very disappointing!!

It would have been great to have complimentary breakfast, at least a coffee stand for the quests. Also considering the remote location of the hotel (no shuttle service or public transportation, non-walkable area), I found the parking fee an unneeded add-on for the cost of stay. Apart from those, the hotel was clean and safe with friendly staff.
