Perfect for Snowbirds and ideally located, you’ll find Carmel River State Beach and The Links at Spanish Bay within a five-mile radius. It’s also very close to the beach with lots of great special events nearby like the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and plenty of car and motorcycle races at Laguna Seca.

Inside this oasis, you’ll feel right at home while streaming your favorite movies on the large smart TV or snuggled up by the fire with some cocoa. A stylish, full kitchen hosts modern appliances, an island, and everything you need to craft delicious home-cooked meals with ease. Even better, end the day with a barbecue, kick back on the patio, and bask in the magnificent views and warm, coastal breeze.

This home is available for stays longer than thirty days.
The pool is seasonal and is open May 29 - October 31.
Stairs are required to access this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
