Beautiful detached villa located in the western part of Carnac, quiet area situated 1.5 km from the beach, 600m from a supermarket and 1.2 km from shops.

House with enclosed garden without overlooking, south-facing, equipped with outdoor furniture.

Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with storage;
- Shower room, independent toilet;
- Living room of approximately 23m² with television, sofa, table and chairs, access to the terrace;
- Open and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
- Garage used as storage with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 140cm bed.
- Bathroom with toilet.
