Gorgeous four bedroom home with open floor plan and nice large decks to enjoy your morning sunshine. Everyone will fit in this spacious upgraded and beautiful home. The inviting home features all the Tahoe musts - gas fireplace in living room and master, front and side decks, pool table, proximity to beaches, trails, and close access to prime mountain resorts.

The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan with all the upgraded amenities in the kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous gas fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for nice family meals, with three supermarkets available within 5 miles; you can stock up on your way in for you may never want to leave!

Eight people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have the master bedroom with a jetted bathtub and separate shower. The lower floor features two bedroom with queen beds, and a bunk room with a twin over a double bed, as well as a hall bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Location:
Venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (15 miles away) and Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadows (12.5 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. One in the garage, and two in the driveway. No street parking, per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.

Idyllic Family Winter Holiday
The perfect cabin for a family of 8 with a small child. The second floor is a beautiful open plan space to gather, the pool-table downstairs adds a touch of fun, and the snowy balcony made for the perfect play area for my toddler. Cabin is well-maintained and clean. We will be back!

Perfect for a family getaway
If you are looking for a place to stay I definitely recommend this house. My family and I went to play in the snow so we weren’t planning to stay at the house much other then to sleep. However our plans changed when we got there and a snow storm happened the next day. We weren’t able to go out at all but all the kids had a blast watching movies on the cozy couch and the pool table entertained all the adults. It was so beautiful I’m planning another trip here soon!

Short but sweet visit
My family was in town just for the weekend so we rented this house for them. Unfortunately some members of our group had to cancel last minute, but the rest of the group was able to enjoy this large, clean, well-appointed space. Check in and check out was easy. The house had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, as it is just down the street where we live full time. If you are seeking proximity to the lake, it is only a few minutes drive to the boat launch at Lake Forest, and just a few more minutes either direction to Waterman’s Landing or Commons Beach. A great spot for a getaway!

Spacious house for 8 guests
Our group of 8 came for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen table fit us all comfortably and the large space in the upstairs great room was a great way for us to spend time together. The kitchen and pantry were spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfy, towels were provided, and the sleds in the garage were a nice surprise. Super convenient location -- short drive to Tahoe City for groceries and just a few minutes from restaurants, the lake, sledding, etc. We didn't need to reach out to management during our stay for anything but they were very communicative leading up to check-in

Great experience. The property is gorgeous, very comfortable and highly equipped. I wish we could have figured out how to get the TV sound system working. Some instructions on that would be helpful. But since we spent very little time watching TV it wasn’t a big deal. We had 8 for Thanksgiving dinner and the table accommodated everyone and then 12 for family game night on the weekend and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out between the two floors. Everything worked out perfectly. Thanks!

Property is clean and in great area. 2 things which prevented me from giving 5 stars— very hot and no AC and only 2 weak ceiling fans and 1 standing fan. Called rental company next day and got 3 more fans delivered. Also, TV and internet was not working and setup was messed up and was fixed the next day. Otherwise, the stay was great. There was lot of smoke in the area from fires and we were mostly indoors..
