Nice property in the middle of the city 10 minute with access to almost everything in the area. Be prepared for street vendors and homeless outside the door

La razón de no otorgarle 5 estrellas es que primero aunque mi reservación fue de ultimo minuto ya que el hotel que había reservado no resultó ser lo que esperaba deberían tener todas las habitaciones limpias y la que nos otorgaron olía mucho a humedad como si por mucho tiempo no se habían cambiado las sábanas así que pedimos sábanas nuevas e hicimos la cama abrimos las ventanas un rato y todo bien a la hora de dormir, la otra cosa es que deberían tener mini refrigeradores para cada habitación ya que con el calor se toma mucho líquido y como no hay con que mantenerlos frío se deben tomar a temperatura ambiente fuera de esto el lugar es muy agradable y el personal muy amable y diligente

This place was great right in the center of the action very guest friendly. The only negative is no refrigerator to keep drinks cold or food but the store is 24 hr less than a block away. Its hard to go outside after 9pm because there are women everywhere as soon as you step out. And bring ear plugs if you are planning on sleeping at night

Located smack dab in the center of the the old city within two minutes from the Clock Tower Plaza, Casa Noa it’s a very convenient and nice place to stay in Cartagena. Restaurants, shopping and transportation are all close by and easily accessed. The interior of the hotel is quiet and serene, which is a contrast to the streets that surround it. Not many amenities at the hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful, and overall it was a very nice stay.

La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones y muy limpia . En buena ubicación para caminar . Pero si padeces de claustrofobia o no te gusta estar en espacios encerrados este lugar no es para ti. Es muy cerrado .

Abstellkammer unter der Treppe ohne Fenster!!!
Es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Wir haben ein Superiorzimmer gebucht und haben in einer Abstellkammer unter der Treppe übernachtet (Zimmer 207). Das Zimmer hatte KEIN Fenster. Dies war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich und ich möchte es daher als Betrug bezeichnen und fordere mein Geld zurück. Eine Abhilfe vor Ort konnte nicht geboten werden, wir hätten mit Kosten stornieren müssen. Wir konnten allerdings kurzfristig auch kein anderes Zimmer mit bezahlbaren Preis buchen. Einen täglichen Zimmerservice wie beschrieben gibt es auch nicht. Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist aber wirklich gut.

Está en el mero centro de la ciudad amurallada de Cartagena, hay mucho movimiento todo el día, sobretodo en la noche y sobretodo en la entrada del hotel. Son habitaciones bastante sencillas, para dormir y listo. Muchos restaurantes al rededor.
