This hotel has charm. But it was just a little too rustic for us. There was no soap in the washroom, only one towel for two people, the toilet didn’t work properly and no bedspread (although we found a very thin blanket like you’d use for airplane travel). The toilet was right under the sink so you have to feel around in the 1” gap to flush. It would have been helpful to indicate that there is no elevator. There was a nice balcony outside our room, accessible from the hall. Unfortunately, our room faces onto the street so while it had a great view into the neighbourhood, it was a little loud. We ended up checking into another hotel, and were told to contact the manager via WhatsApp, which we did a few days ago. But it’s been crickets ever since.
