The Space:

The main room, spread across the second floor, is an impressive 20 square meters and features a spacious king bed, with the option of an additional mattress on the floor for extra guests. The second bedroom, also located on the second floor, offers two single beds that can be converted into a trundle bed or equipped with a mattress on the floor. Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Beach Club), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 70 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 7 am - 6 pm, also you can access the beach club.

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.

Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver

Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.

IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
