This property has amazing rooftop , with a beautiful view. Very delicous food at Oceanica (rooftop) anf the breakfast at Alizya was just delicious. Very nice stuff. I dont remember everyone's name, but Javier and Nelson where very nice and polite. The room was clean. Very good location in the historic center, little noisy. But still great Over all we loved this property. And one we will be back. Highly recommend. You'll love it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The customer service was truly superior, thanks to the outstanding staff. Nelson, Martin, Sandra, and Jose went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The restaurant food was simply to die for - fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. The air conditioning was perfect, and the views from our room were stunning. The drinks were also top-notch, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Sadly, we didn't have time to try the spa, but the room service was quick and phenomenal. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service, delicious food, and comfortable amenities. Thank you, Nelson, Martin, Sandra, and Jose, for making our stay truly unforgettable! To the staff I didn’t mention thank you too for making me and my partner feel right at home in the heart of Cartagena.
