Ocean-Front Luxury Apartment with Amazing Views.

This is a unique one bedroom apartment located at the heart of the old colonial city center, within the 16th Century wall, one block away from famous Convent Santa Clara, often featured in Garcia Marquez´novels, and now a 5-star hotel. It has amazing views to the Las Bovedas Square, where they sell all kinds of original Colombian crafts, and it faces the ancient wall and a beautiful sunset view over the Caribbean. It was designed by two famous Spanish artists that live in Spain and used it sporadically during holidays. It´s a luxurious apartment with all kinds of amenities, i.e. broad-band WIFI internet, satellite LED TV, free national calls, wash and dryer, air conditioning, oven, daily cleaning, etc, etc, etc.

The apartment is located at the heart of the colonial city center, a couple of blocks away from restaurants, bars and cafes but still in a relatively quiet residential area. You can see and hear the ocean and take a swim in the nearby, literally a hundred yards, beach.

Incredible Place
Loved everything about the property. Just FYI - if you will be planning on having friends over to the property for a drink or dinner to mention that while you complete the application process. If they are not checked in prior to your arrival, they will not be able to enter the property.

The apartment was nice, it wasn’t exactly as it showed in the pictures but it was nice enough where it wasn’t an issue. The only downfall to our stay in that apartment was the bed. It was essentially a thin bed pad on top of a box spring. We slept uncomfortably for the majority of our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful aside from getting jumped by vendors every block To buy something or book a tour.

My first impression of the building was very disappointing and distasteful when entering the building. When walking pass security there is cracked cement and throughout the walk up the stairs there were water bugs on the ground. Some of the furniture in the apartment was very outdates and overly used. The towels and sheets felt very old and bright white sheets and towels should be used. The host and housekeeper were very pleasant and accomodating.

Well equiped apartment in an excellent location. Very good air conditioning. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good bathroom but only luke warm water. Washing m/c and dryer was a lifesaver with how many changes of clothes i had to do daily because of the heat. Excellent wifi. Had a secure safe. Local music at night on weekend but welcome to Cartagena! Did not bother me. Nice welcome package with fruit and cookies. Excellent host. Very accomodating

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was close to everything and they were super responsive to our every need. It was very handy to have the little store downstairs which somehow had most everything you could need! We adored our 'maid' Irina. She was delightful and did an excellent job. She even went and brought us lunch one day!! Awesome.

from the moment we booked our trip, the communication was great and on time. Once we arrived, both host and staff were available to answer any questions we had. They greeted us with a gift basket, which was very kind of them. They were able to provide cleaning services at your request. The area is not crowded which was good for us. Great sunset location within city walls!
The host had excellent communication with us from the moment we confirmed the reservation. Instructions and details were accurate and clear. We were greeted at our arrival by one of the host who was kind enough to hold onto our luggage while we explored the city until it was time to check in. Place was as described, lots of storage. Washer and dryer in unit was helpful. There was a small convenience store on the first floor of the building, next to the security desk, that had all types of drinks and snacks. The location was a few steps from the wall where you could see the sunset. It was also walking distance for the majority of the restaurants and attractions yet far enough to have a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice property - great location
A very nice clean property located in a very safe area walking distance to all the great places and restaurants in the old center. Alberto was extremely responsive and communicative. We had an unexpected water issue caused by a problem in the building and after a text to Alberto, it was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Would very much recommend this property. The small grocery store in the building is super convenient.

Beautiful apartment! Great location - Strict on unregistered visitors
This is a great place to stay when visiting Cartagena. It is very secure and quiet so you will sleep great at night. However, you will not be able to bring any unregistered guest to visit you not even during the day. So, this is almost like a prison as my family was not allowed in. other than that is great if you are never going to have friend or family over while you are in town.

Amazing apartment - if I had to go back to Cartagena would stay again!
Recently spent 3 nights at Raul’s apartment located in the San Diego neighborhood within the historic Walled City section of Cartagena. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and although I doubt I will be back anytime soon, I would most definitely book Raul’s place again. The location is unbeatable as it’s only a stone’s throw from the ocean which can be seen from the small balcony that overlooks a narrow, authentic and historic calle in Old Town. Short walk from most major attractions, including the wall. There is even a nice, modern mall (WITH AC!) less than 5 minutes away on foot, which can be super convenient given the often-extreme weather in this region. To top it all off, there's a small convenience store on the first floor that sells most of the essentials, which came in handy when I needed bottled water or any other household item. This was my second apartment in the city and it really felt "authentic", in the best way possible. Really enjoyed my stay here very much, felt like home.

Very spacious and clean apartment
We had a great time staying at Alberto’s apartment. The place was very spacious, and close to everything. The apartment was clean and we had no trouble checking in and were provided with everything we needed. We will defenitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Cartagena. Only 15min drive from the airport and walking distance to all the main attractions
