The lobby and breakfast areas were very nice. Both of the front desk workers were very kind and helpful. The room was very large and the bathroom was nice with quality toiletries. There was no elevator. The gym's AC was not working and there were no workout towels or disinfectant wipes. There outside pool lights were not working. Overall a nice night.

Economy prices. Convenient stop for our trip. Thumbs up. Thumbs down for: the first room had a leaky sink. We were upgraded to a suite. More room, but the faucet leaked and the shower head would not turn off. There was a melted caramel on the floor in the bedroom. Breakfast was non-edible. There is no fresh fruit. They had waffles, toast and bagels. No peanut butter for toast and jelly and there were no hot dishes. The whole milk was sour. Traffic noise all night. First time for Baymont probably will not stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay. From the minute I got there til the moment I left, staff was all around friendly. I met 5 front desk staff, and 3 cleaning staff; they were all different races and genders. It was nice to see the diversity. All of them were polite, professional and accommodating. This location was also convenient for food options, and we definitely enjoyed the small/quiet pool.

Multiple problems with room. Door would not lock!!!! Room single cup coffee maker did not work. Volume on tv was not loud enough even at high volume. Bathroom faucet leaked. Temperature control in shower would not cool or cutoff properly

Easy check-in first night. Friendly staff. Had a little confusion with my room and another person having the same key.. and had to have the key reset a few times. Just an fyi, if you can't climb stares, please request a downstairs room. There is no elevator. All in all good stay. And it's next door to taco bell.

Hotel was decent at most. Room was clean, bed was comfy. We were there for four days and about the second day there was a slight musty smell coming from the air conditioner. The free breakfast was complete crap, barely any food or at all.

The staff was polite but the maids never made up the beds or changed linens while we were staying there. They did take out trash and bring new towels. The breakfast was simply awful. I overheard multiple guests comment that if they knew the breakfast was so bad, they would have booked elsewhere. Also they closed the breakfast earlier than advertised at least once while we were there. The hotel has only two floors but no elevator for disabled or elderly guests. A better breakfast would be advised.

The only reason that I chose this property was because it had a pool- the pool was closed the day we came. It was such a disappointment for my daughter. Had I known that when I booked, I would have chosen a different place. Otherwise it was conveniently located to Kennesaw State University, clean and comfortable.
