I stayed at ONOMO Hotel Casablanca Airport 12/01/2025 and checked in at midnight. I had booked and paid for a superior room on the garden side, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience. To my disappointment, I was given a standard room with a view of the parking lot instead of the garden. On top of that, the room was provided with only one small towel. This left me feeling cheated and disrespected as a guest. When I raised the issue with the reception staff, I expressed that this situation was neither honest nor reflective of the values that your hotel claims to uphold. Unfortunately, the response I received was indifferent—"there's nothing I can do" was the only reply, and when I emphasized my dissatisfaction, I was met with a dismissive "ok fine." To the managers of ONOMO Hotel Casablanca Airport, I strongly urge you to invest in staff training and realign your operations with the values of honesty and respect that guests expect from your brand. This experience felt far from welcoming or professional and left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope this feedback encourages positive changes, as this kind of treatment does not inspire confidence in returning or recommending your hotel.

Within a couple minutes from the airport, comfortable rooms, nice terrace, we dined at the Azzuro restaurant the food was good, the service a bit slow but overall a nice atmosphere.

Perfect for right before or after flight
We spent the night before a morning flight out. It was perfect for that purpose. The free shuttle (runs every hour) to and from the airport was so convenient and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint on that front was that since it is January and the colder months, they only had heat available, even though air conditioning was advertised and the room was quiet hot and stuffy. We did open the window for a bit to cool it off, but the road noise made it impractical to keep it open over night. We opted for the paid breakfast, which had many tasty and filling options. Overall, I would stay here again for an overnight before a flight. It was very convenient and perfect for our purposes.

this is a great place for staying before catching an early flight. the hotel is very well maintained (think standard business travel in north america). the breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel airport shuttle very handy. there was also a small gym which was great for a quick workout. would highly recommend for travellers looking for an airport location.

Beautiful Hotel!
The Onomo Casablanca Airport Hotel is a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, modern and very clean. The mattress is a little harder than I prefer, but it’s OK for one night or more if needed. The courtyard is very tranquil and is a great place to relax. The staff is kind, courteous, and accommodating. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the food is very good. The chicken tangine was the best tangine I’ve ever had in Morocco. The flavors were absolutely amazing. The Onomo Casablanca Airport Hotel is perfect for an overnight stay if you have to head to the airport in the morning. If you have to stay longer, you won’t be disappointed. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was nice and comfy.
