There was a smile in everyone’s face. Restaurant food was great ( except I had to pay for it separately rather than at check out) Breakfast options were excellent. No noise you could hear in this hotel especial being in Casablanca ! This is a plus Will definitely come back again

Base to explore Casablanca

A modern clean suite hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Perfectly located to explore Casablanca from. The reception staff and door men friendliest I have experienced in a long time. Nice roof top viewing desk to see the city from.

A good hotel for the price we paid, however, don’t expect the standards of a 5* hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful, but the hotel does not provide any information on the city or the surroundings (they refer to the internet), the cleaning staff occasionally forgets to provide necessities like toilet paper or soap and the remote control did not work properly even after we told the maintenance it was not functioning well. The sound of the TV was also bad, but no wonder since the speakers are hidden behind wood panels. However, breakfast was very nice and we also liked the roof terrace and would come back since the location is also great, right next to the tram and the Arabic Park. It is a very safe area, too.

The cleaning staff and friendly and nice; the breakfast was a good fair spread but the same every single day which makes it hard when staying more than 2 days. The rooms nice and newer but tight; nice layout.

Fantastic staff really helped us get around and even find Sushi nearby! Breakfasts were outstanding! Only issue dealt with hot pot for boiling tea in the room had to be replaced 3 times and microwave’s timer worked but it never heated anything. The repairman offered to replace it.

This is the most value for money property my family had stayed in. Nice spacious rooms with very convenient location. Walkable distance to a nice park and even Hassan II Mosque and the old Medina Market

Besides excellent customer service, the hotel is well situated near Hassan Mosque, Central Marche and convenient located. One small negative point was the gym. I suggested to the staff to place a hand sanitizer when using the equipment in order to reduce infections.
