Clean and tidy room, but very much in need of an update. We had a deluxe king room, but it was quite cramped, particularly in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't have the opportunity to use all the facilities, but the on-site restaurant was very good and the parking was very convenient and easily accessible. The location is a short drive from Lake Louise and the ski resort, and close to the highway, but there is not much to do immediately around the hotel. We personally would not choose to stay here without a car.

Very enjoyable stay.
We were upgraded to an apartment so very pleased as extra space & cooking facilities. Room was serviced daily. Quiet room with laundry facilities and parking close by. Enjoyed a dinner at Explorers bar, food very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The room is very spacious with beautiful view. There are many thoughtful designs , such as the little portable heater and safe. The pool is very large with three hot tubs. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

This is a motel, not an Inn. Picture a cheap hotel in a beautiful setting, this is it. Very pricey for what it was. Did have a nice indoor pool but you had to walk to the main inn to get to it. Half the things were broken and they closed very early. If you can stay in the main inn then you are set. Otherwise picture a motel 6 with a $350/nt price tag

Has all the amenities you need within the property. Staff was excellent, they upgraded my room to a kitchen suite with Murphy bed which was great as the suite has lots of room. Very comfortable and affordable for the area

Disappointed in our room
We were disappointed by our stay here. First off, they placed us (including a handicapped guest) in the back building that had stairs. The room was incredibly small and tight. The bathroom was small and hard to manuever in. Overall, it definitely needed a remodel and updates. Because we were not staying in the main lodge, we were unable to use the hot tub or pool or restaurants.
